# Flashcards, quizzes, mock exams and summaries

> Create study tools from your notes or any upload in the AI chat. Here is where to find them and what to do if generation gets stuck.

## Create study tools

Open the AI chat and attach your notes, a photo or a PDF, then ask for what you need:

- **Flashcards** for memorising terms.
- **Quiz** to test yourself.
- **Mock exam** that follows the style of your exam, with grading.
- **Summary** (Magic notes) of a document or lecture.

You can also open a study note and use the buttons on it to generate flashcards or a quiz from that content.

## Where they are saved

Generated tools are saved to your **Library**. Open a folder to see the flashcards, quizzes and summaries in it. On the website, use **Folder studio** in your library.

## Edit or delete

Open the flashcard set or quiz and use the menu to edit cards or questions or to delete the set.

## Generation stuck or failed

1. Wait a minute. Long documents take time.
2. Check your connection and try again.
3. Close and reopen the app, or reload the page on the website.
4. Try a smaller part of the document, for example one chapter.
5. If it keeps failing, report it through the [support form](https://knowunity.com/support) under *AI or content quality* with the file type and a screenshot.

## Pro-only parts

Some tools, for example mock exam grading and higher daily limits, are part of Pro. The app shows a Pro label where this applies. See *What is the difference between Free, Pro and Max?*
