# My school is missing from the list

> Suggest your school from the school picker. We review suggestions and add the school to your account within a few days.

## Suggest your school

1. Open your profile and tap the gear icon to open **Settings**.
2. Tap **Account settings**, then **School**.
3. Search for your school. If it is not there, tap **Can't find your school?** and then **Add school**.
4. Enter the school name and city and send the suggestion.

We review suggestions and add the school to your account within the next few days. You can keep using Knowunity in the meantime.

## Tips

- Search for part of the name or the city. Schools are sometimes listed under their official name.
- Make sure the correct **country** and **school type** are set. Schools are listed per school type.
- Only one suggestion can be pending at a time.

## The school is listed with the wrong details

[Contact support](https://knowunity.com/support) with the school name, city and what is wrong, and we will correct it.
