Every time you see a percentage, remember it literally means "out of 100" - that's your secret to instant conversion! The word "percent" breaks down to "per cent" which means "for every hundred".
To convert any percentage to a fraction, simply put the number over 100. So 82% becomes 82/100 and 3% becomes 3/100. It's that straightforward!
