Pl Model answer: 5 Explain how your plan takes into account Bex's needs, wishes and circumstances. (10) My plan takes into account their wishes and is realistic, and person centered. My first recomendation was for her to reduce drinking alcohol to 14 units a week. This meets her needs because it will strengthen her immune system which I know is weakened.. Also, it will help to lower her blood pressure. and BMI, reducing risk of heart deseise. Also, it meets her wishes because I know she wants to reduce her drinking, but not stop completely. Lastly, it meets her circumstances because I have put in my plan activitys with family that are not alcohol related. This also meets her wish to see family more. I have also included spacer drinks which is easily achievable. *********
