Úvod do přítomných časů
Zvládnutí přítomných časů v angličtine ti otevře cestu k plynulé konverzaci. Simple present a present progressive jsou dva základní stavební kameny, které budeš používat každý den.
Přítomný čas prostý (simple present) je tvůj kamarád pro všechno, co se děje pravidelně nebo je prostě pravdou. Myslíš na svoje ranní rutiny, školní rozvrh nebo prostě na fakt, že slunce svítí.
💡 Tip: Pokud v češtine říkáš "každý den" nebo "vždycky", pravděpodobně potřebuješ simple present!
Kdy použít přítomný čas prostý
Přítomný čas prostý používáš ve čtyřech hlavních situacích, které si snadno zapamatuješ. Jde o tvoje návyky, věci kolem tebe a věci, které se prostě nemění.
Pro pravidelné činnosti jako "He goes to school every morning" nebo obecné pravdy jako "The sky is blue". Taky ho použiješ pro stálé stavy a rozvrhy - například "The train leaves at 5 pm".
Časové výrazy, které ti napoví: every day/week, usually, always, often, sometimes, never, generally. Když nějaký z těchto slov vidíš, téměř jistě potřebuješ simple present.
💡 Pozor: Ve třetí osobě jednotného čísla (he, she, it) přidáváš ke slovesu -s nebo -es!
Přítomný čas průběhový - co se děje právě teď
Present progressive je perfektní pro akci! Používáš ho, když chceš říct, co se děje právě v tento moment nebo co je jen dočasné.
Hlavní použití zahrnuje děje probíhající právě teď ("I am playing basketball now"), dočasné situace ("He is just sleeping") a dokonce plánované budoucí události ("We are visiting grandma tomorrow").
Signální slova jsou tvoji průvodci: now, at the moment, right now, just, currently. Když vidíš "Look!" nebo "Listen!", určitě následuje present progressive.
💡 Fakt: Průběhový čas můžeš použít i pro budoucnost, když máš konkrétní plán!
Tvorba vět - gramatické vzorce
Přítomný čas prostý má jednoduchá pravidla. V kladné větě prostě přidáš -s/-es ke slovesu u he/she/it. V záporné použiješ don't nebo doesn't a základní tvar slovesa.
Pro otázky potřebuješ Do nebo Does na začátek. Například: "Do you go to school?" nebo "Does he go to school?"
Present progressive je postavený na am/is/are + sloveso s -ing. "I am playing, he is playing, they are playing." Pro zápor přidáš "not" a pro otázku přehodíš pořadí.
💡 Důležité: Některá slovesa (be, have, like, love, know, understand) se v průběhovém čase obvykle nepoužívají!
Praktické cvičení a příklady
Teď si to vyzkoušíš na konkrétních příkladech. "The sky is blue" je obecná pravda, takže simple present. "I am playing basketball now" se děje právě teď, takže present progressive.
"He goes to school every morning" - vidíš "every morning"? To je pravidelnost, tedy simple present. "Look! The cat is trying to catch a mouse" - "Look!" ti napovídá, že jde o present progressive.
Klíčem k úspěchu je pozorovat kontext a časové výrazy. Když si nejsi jistý, zeptej se: "Děje se to právě teď, nebo je to obecně pravda?"
💡 Strategie: Najdi si časový výraz ve větě - většinou ti prozradí, který čas máš použít!
Řešení a finální tipy
Kontrola tvých odpovědí: 1) is (obecná pravda), 2) am playing (právě teď), 3) goes , 4) is sleeping (právě probíhá), 5) is trying .
