Anglická čísla: Od nuly do tisíce

Úvod a základy (0-9)
Čísla v angličtině používáš pořád - při objednávání jídla, hraní her nebo prostě při každodenní komunikaci. Základem jsou jednotky od 0 do 9, které musíš znát nazpaměť.
Nejdůležitější jsou: zero (0), one (1), two (2), three (3), four (4), five (5), six (6), seven (7), eight (8) a nine (9). Tyto čísla si musíš prostě zapamatovat - žádné pravidlo tu neplatí.
Tip: Procvič si je nahlas několikrát za sebou. Čím víc je budeš opakovat, tím rychleji si je zapamatuješ!
Čísla 10-19
Tady to začíná být zajímavé! Čísla od 11 do 19 mají v angličtině svá vlastní jména a nedá se na ně použít žádné jednoduché pravidlo. Prostě si je musíš zapamatovat jako celek.
Ten (10), eleven (11) a twelve (12) jsou úplně nepravidelná. Od třinácti už vidíš vzor: thirteen, fourteen, fifteen až po nineteen - většina končí na -teen.
Pozor na výjimky! Thirteen (ne threeteen), fifteen (ne fiveteen) a eighteen (ne eightteen) se píšou trochu jinak, než bys čekal.
Pozor: Nepleť si -teen s -ty (desítky jako 30, 40)!
Kompletní seznam 10-19
Všechna čísla od 10 do 19 si musíš naučit jako samostatné slovíčka. Nejsou tu žádné výjimky ani zkratky - prostě to chce memorování.
10-12: ten, eleven, twelve (úplně nepravidelná) 13-19: thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen
Všimni si, že od 13 už většina čísel končí na -teen. Tahle koncovka ti pomůže poznat, že jde o čísla mezi 13-19.
Cvičení: Zkus si čísla od 10 do 19 procvičit pozpátku - od nineteen k ten!
Desítky a složená čísla (20-99)
Teď už to bude jednodušší! Desítky mají své vlastní názvy: twenty (20), thirty (30), forty (pozor, ne fourty!), fifty, sixty, seventy, eighty a ninety. Všechny končí na -ty.
Složená čísla jako 21, 34 nebo 89 se tvoří super jednoduše - spojíš desítku s jednotkou pomocí pomlčky. Twenty-one, thirty-four, eighty-nine a tak dál.
Tenhle systém funguje pro všechna čísla od 21 do 99. Stačí znát desítky a jednotky a můžeš vytvořit jakékoli číslo v tomto rozsahu!
Pamatuj si: Vždy používej pomlčku mezi desítkou a jednotkou!
Příklady složených čísel
Podívej se na konkrétní příklady, jak se složená čísla tvoří. Vzor je vždycky stejný: desítka + pomlčka + jednotka.
Twenty-one (21), twenty-two (22), thirty-four (34), forty-five (45), fifty-six (56) - vidíš ten vzor? Vždycky stejně!
Největší číslo, které takhle můžeš vytvořit, je ninety-nine (99). Tohle pravidlo ti ušetří spoustu času při učení - nemusíš si pamatovat každé číslo zvlášť.
Tip: Zkus si vytvořit své oblíbené číslo podle tohoto vzoru!
Stovky (100-900)
Se stovkami je to ještě jednodušší než s desítkami! Vezmeš jednotku a přidáš za ni slovo "hundred". Hotovo!
One hundred (100), two hundred (200), three hundred (300) a tak dále až po nine hundred (900). Systém funguje vždycky stejně.
Když chceš říct složené číslo se stovkou, nejdřív řekneš stovku a pak zbytek čísla. Třeba 215 = two hundred fifteen (bez "and"!).
Pozor: V americké angličtině se neříká "and" mezi stovkou a zbytkem čísla!
Složená čísla se stovkami a tisíc
Složená čísla se stovkami fungují podle logiky: nejdřív stovka, pak zbytek. 101 = one hundred one, 427 = four hundred twenty-seven.
Největší číslo v našem rozsahu je nine hundred ninety-nine (999). Vidíš, jak se kombinují všechna pravidla, která ses naučil?
A konečně tisíc - to je prostě one thousand (1000). Jednodušší to už být nemůže!
Super tip: Zkus si napsat své oblíbené třímístné číslo v angličtině!
Shrnutí pravidel
Máš to skoro za sebou! Tady jsou klíčová pravidla, která ti pomohou s kterýmkoli číslem od 0 do 1000.
