Think of catalysts as the ultimate multitaskers - they speed up chemical reactions without getting used up in the process. This means you can use them over and over again, which is why they don't appear in chemical equations.
There are five key ways to increase the rate of reaction, and catalysts are just one of them. Concentration matters because more dissolved particles mean more collisions between reactants. Similarly, increasing pressure with gases squashes particles closer together, creating more opportunities for reactions.
Temperature is particularly powerful because it does two jobs at once. Higher temperatures make particles move faster (more collisions) and give them more energy to overcome the activation energy barrier. This double effect explains why heating things up works so well for speeding up reactions.
Quick Tip Remember that increasing surface area by breaking solids into powders exposes more particles to potential collisions - think of how sugar dissolves faster when it's granulated rather than in big lumps!

I think it’s very much worth it and you’ll end up using it a lot once you get the hang of it and even after looking at others notes you can still ask your Artificial intelligence buddy the question and ask to simplify it if you still don’t get it!!! Knowunity is the BEST app I’ve used in a minute. This is not an ai review or anything this is genuinely coming from a 7th grade student (I know 2011 im young) but dude this app is a 10/10 i have maintained a 3.8 gpa and have plenty of time for gaming.
