Grundlagen und Zellkern
Zellorganellen sind begrenzte Bereiche innerhalb einer Zelle, die spezifische Funktionen ausüben. Die wichtigsten Organellen sind Zellkern, Mitochondrien, Golgi-Apparat, Endoplasmatisches Retikulum und weitere strukturelle Komponenten.
Der Zellkern ist das größte Organell in eukaryotischen Zellen und enthält die Erbinformation in Form von DNA. Er kontrolliert die gesamte Struktur und Funktion der Zelle. Umgeben wird er von einer Doppelmembran mit zahlreichen Kernporen, durch die ein reger Stofftransport stattfindet.
Im Inneren des Zellkerns befindet sich die Kernmatrix und der Nukleolus, wo die RNA-Bildung stattfindet. Die "Baupläne" für Eiweiße (mRNA) werden durch die Kernporen zu den Ribosomen transportiert, wo sie zur Proteinsynthese verwendet werden.
💡 Wusstest du? Der Zellkern in Pflanzenzellen wird oft durch die große Vakuole an den Rand gedrückt, während er in tierischen Zellen meist zentral im Zytoplasma liegt.
Kraftwerke und Transportwege der Zelle
Mitochondrien sind die Kraftwerke der Zelle und besitzen eine charakteristische Doppelmembran. Die innere Membran bildet Einstülpungen, die sogenannten Cristae, die die Oberfläche vergrößern. In der Mitochondrienmatrix befinden sich ringförmige DNA und Ribosomen, mit denen Mitochondrien sogar eigene Proteine herstellen können.
Der Golgi-Apparat (auch Dictyosom genannt) besteht aus abgeplatteten Membranstapeln, die an ihren Rändern Vesikel abschnüren. Diese Vesikel transportieren modifizierte Proteine und Lipide entweder zu anderen Zellorganellen oder nach außen. Der Golgi-Apparat ist besonders wichtig für Zellen mit sekretorischer Funktion.
Das Endoplasmatische Retikulum (ER) bildet ein ausgedehntes Netzwerk aus Membranröhren. Es gibt zwei Typen: Das raue ER ist mit Ribosomen besetzt und für die Proteinsynthese wichtig, während das glatte ER Fettsäuren und Lipide produziert. Das ER steht in direkter Verbindung mit der Kernmembran.
Die Zellmembran umschließt die gesamte Zelle und besteht aus einer Doppelschicht aus Lipiden und Proteinen. Sie ist selektiv durchlässig (semipermeabel): Kleine Moleküle wie Sauerstoff können frei passieren, während größere Moleküle spezielle Transportproteine benötigen.

Speicherorganellen und pflanzliche Strukturen
Die Vakuole ist ein flüssigkeitsgefüllter Hohlraum, der in Pflanzenzellen bis zu 80% des Zellvolumens ausmachen kann. Sie speichert Ionen, Zucker, Vitamine und andere wichtige Stoffe. Durch den hohen osmotischen Druck nimmt die Zelle Wasser auf und bleibt prall gefüllt (Turgeszenz), was der Pflanze Stabilität verleiht.
Chloroplasten sind die Orte der Photosynthese und kommen nur in Pflanzen vor. Sie besitzen wie Mitochondrien eine Doppelmembran und enthalten im Inneren das Stroma mit Enzymen, Ribosomen und ringförmiger DNA. Die innere Membran bildet die Thylakoide, die das Chlorophyll enthalten und in gestapelter Form als Grana bezeichnet werden.
Das Zytoplasma ist die gelartige Grundsubstanz innerhalb der Zellmembran. Es dient als Medium für zahlreiche Stoffwechselreaktionen und als Transportweg für verschiedene Zellbestandteile. Im Zytoplasma befinden sich gelöste Ionen, Nährstoffe und Enzyme.
Vesikel sind kleine membranumschlossene Bläschen, die für den Transport von Stoffen innerhalb der Zelle verantwortlich sind. Sie bilden eigene Kompartimente, in denen spezifische zelluläre Prozesse stattfinden können.
Die Zellwand umgibt bei Pflanzen, Bakterien, Pilzen und Algen die Zellmembran und besteht hauptsächlich aus Polymeren wie Zellulose. Sie verleiht Struktur und Schutz und verhindert, dass die Zelle bei Wasseraufnahme platzt.

The app's just great! All I have to do is enter the topic in the search bar and I get the response real fast. I don't have to watch 10 YouTube videos to understand something, so I'm saving my time. Highly recommended!

I found this app a couple years ago and it has only gotten better since then. I really love it because it can help with written questions and photo questions. Also, it can find study guides that other people have made as well as flashcard sets and practice tests. The free version is also amazing for students who might not be able to afford it. Would 100% recommend

This app is phenomenal down to the correct info and the various topics you can study! I greatly recommend it for people who struggle with procrastination and those who need homework help. It has been perfectly accurate for world 1 history as far as I’ve seen! Geometry too!
