Základy finančného trhu
Finančný trh je systém, kde sa obchoduje s peniazmi a finančnými aktívami. Je to miesto, kde sa spája ponuka s dopytom po finančných prostriedkoch.
Hlavní hráči na trhu sú emitenti (tí, čo vydávajú cenné papiere na získanie peňazí) a investori (tí, čo kupujú tieto cenné papiere). Celý proces sa nazýva alokácia finančných zdrojov - jednoducho povedané, peniaze sa dostávajú tam, kde ich dokážu najlepšie využiť.
Kľúčové pojmy, ktoré musíš ovládať, sú likvidita (ako rýchlo vieš premeniť investíciu na hotovosť) a splatnosť (kedy musíš vrátiť požičané peniaze). Tieto dva pojmy rozhodujú o tom, na ktorom trhu sa budeš pohybovať.
💡 Tip: Finančný trh nie je len burza! Je to celý systém inštitúcií, pravidiel a nástrojov.
Peňažný trh - krátkodobé riešenia
Peňažný trh je segment finančného trhu, kde sa obchoduje s krátkodobými aktívami do jedného roka. Slúži hlavne na riadenie krátkodobej likvidity.
Hlavné nástroje peňažného trhu zahŕňajú štátne pokladničné poukážky (super bezpečné, ale s nízkym výnosom), krátkodobé bankové úvery a depozitné certifikáty. Dôležitý je aj medzibankový trh, kde si banky navzájom požičiavajú peniaze často len na jeden deň.
Typický príklad využitia: firma potrebuje pokryť mzdy, kým jej neprídu platby od zákazníkov. Vezme si krátkodobý úver alebo vydá zmenky. Štát zase vydáva pokladničné poukážky, keď potrebuje preklenúť obdobie do výberu daní.
💡 Zapamätaj si: Peňažný trh = do 1 roka = riešenie krátkodobých problémov s hotovosťou.
Kapitálový trh - dlhodobé investície
Kapitálový trh sa zaoberá dlhodobými finančnými aktívami nad jeden rok. Tu sa financujú veľké projekty, rozvoj firiem a dlhodobé investície.
Najdôležitejšie nástroje sú akcie (podiel na vlastníctve firmy bez splatnosti) a dlhopisy (požičané peniaze s povinnosťou vrátiť ich s úrokmi). Existují aj hypotekárne záložné listy a investičné fondy, ktoré ti umožnia investovať aj s menšími sumami.
Praktický príklad: automobilka chce postaviť novú továreň za 50 miliónov eur. Môže vydať nové akcie (dá investorom podiel na firme) alebo dlhopisy (požičia si peniaze na 10 rokov s úrokmi).
Kapitálový trh je rizikovejší ako peňažný, ale ponúka aj vyššie potenciálne výnosy. Platí pravidlo: vyššie výnosy = vyššie riziko.
💡 Kľúčové: Kapitálový trh = nad 1 rok = financovanie veľkých projektov a dlhodobého rastu.
Funkcie a subjekty finančného trhu
Finančný trh plní päť hlavných funkcií: alokačnú (presúva peniaze tam, kde sú potrebné), cenotvorná (určuje ceny aktív), likvidnú (umožňuje rýchlu premenu na hotovosť), informačnú (ceny odrážajú očakávania) a znižuje riziko cez diverzifikáciu.
Na trhu pôsobia rôzne subjekty. Domácnosti sú sporitelia a investori, ale aj spotrebitelia úverov. Podniky vydávajú akcie a dlhopisy, ale aj investujú svoje voľné zdroje. Štát vydáva dlhopisy a reguluje trh cez NBS a Ministerstvo financií.
Finančné inštitúcie ako banky, poisťovne a investičné fondy fungujú ako sprostredkovatelia medzi všetkými účastníkmi trhu. Bez nich by bolo obchodovanie veľmi komplikované.
💡 Dôležité: Každý subjekt má na trhu svoju úlohu - môže byť poskytovateľom aj príjemcom kapitálu súčasne.
Praktické príklady a riešenia
Poďme si ukázať, ako to funguje v praxi. Slovenská firma Techinov chce investovať do výrobnej linky za 10 miliónov na 15 rokov - pôjde na kapitálový trh, lebo potrebuje dlhodobé financovanie.
Ministerstvo financií má dočasný nedostatok hotovosti na tri mesiace - vydá štátne pokladničné poukážky na peňažnom trhu, lebo ide o krátkodobý problém.
Banka má na konci dňa prebytok peňazí - požičia ich na jeden deň inej banke cez medzibankový peňažný trh za úrok. Toto sa nazýva overnight úver.
Vidíš ten vzorec? Krátkodobé problémy = peňažný trh, dlhodobé projekty = kapitálový trh. Nikdy to neplietaj naopak, lebo by to bolo neefektívne a drahé.
💡 Praktický tip: Vždy sa pýtaj: "Na ako dlho potrebujem peniaze?" Odpoveď ti povie, na ktorý trh ísť.

The app's just great! All I have to do is enter the topic in the search bar and I get the response real fast. I don't have to watch 10 YouTube videos to understand something, so I'm saving my time. Highly recommended!

I found this app a couple years ago and it has only gotten better since then. I really love it because it can help with written questions and photo questions. Also, it can find study guides that other people have made as well as flashcard sets and practice tests. The free version is also amazing for students who might not be able to afford it. Would 100% recommend

This app is phenomenal down to the correct info and the various topics you can study! I greatly recommend it for people who struggle with procrastination and those who need homework help. It has been perfectly accurate for world 1 history as far as I’ve seen! Geometry too!
