Bečki kongres i osnove novog poretka
Zamislite da vam se ceo razred raspadne posle tuče, a onda direktor pozove sve da sednu i reše probleme - to je bio Bečki kongres (1814-1815). Glavnu reč su vodile četiri velike sile: Austrija, Rusija, Pruska i Velika Britanija.
Klemens fon Meternih iz Austrije je bio kao glavni "organizator zabave" i najuticajnija ličnost. Čak su kasnije pustili i poraženu Francusku da se pridruži, jer su shvatili da bez stabilne Francuske nema mira.
Tri ključna principa su bila temelj svega: legitimizam (vraćanje starih kraljevskih dinastija), restauracija (vraćanje na staro stanje pre revolucije) i ravnoteža sila (da niko ne postane prejak). Ovi principi su bili direktno suprotni idejama Francuske revolucije.
💡 Zapamti: Bečki kongres je diplomatski skup za prekrajanje mape, a Sveta alijansa je vojni savez za čuvanje tih odluka!
Kako su prekrojili mapu Evrope
"Velika četvorka" je podelila Evropu kao tortu na rođendanu, samo što su neki dobili veće parčiće od drugih. Rusija je zgrnula najveći deo Poljske i Finsku, Austrija je dobila bogate italijanske oblasti, a Pruska je uzela važna industrijska područja u Nemačkoj.
Francuska je vraćena na granice iz 1792. i nije bila surovo kažnjena - mudro rešenje jer je trebalo da bude stabilna. Stvorena je i Ujedinjena Kraljevina Holandija kao "branik" prema Francuskoj.
U Nemačkoj je nastao Nemački savez - labava konfederacija od 39 država pod austrijskim vođstvom umesto starog Svetog rimskog carstva. Velika Britanija je zadržala strateške tačke širom sveta, jer je bila više zainteresovana za trgovinu nego za evropske teritorije.
💡 Važno za ispit: Znaj ko je šta dobio i izgubio - ovo često pada na testovima!
Sveta alijansa - žandarmi Evrope
Sveta alijansa (1815) je bila kao "vatrogasna služba" za gašenje revolucija širom Evrope. Osnovali su je ruski car Aleksandar I, Austrija i Pruska - tri različite hrišćanske denominacije ujedinjene protiv promena.
Njihov glavni posao je bio da guše sve pobune protiv apsolutnih monarhija i da čuvaju odluke Bečkog kongresa. Kada god bi negde planula revolucija, oni bi poslali vojsku da je ugase - kao neka vrsta evropske policije.
Velika Britanija nije htela da se pridruži jer je smatrala da je previše mistično, a i nije volela obaveze o vojnim intervencijama. Osmansko carstvo nije ni pozvano jer nije hrišćansko.
Španija 1820-1823 je bio klasičan primer: kada su Španci naterali kralja da prihvati liberalni ustav, Francuska je u ime Alijanse poslala vojsku i vratila apsolutnu vlast.
💡 Ključno: Sveta alijansa je postala sinonim za gušenje slobode i nacionalnih pokreta u Evropi!
Grčki ustanak - kad principi ne važe
Grčki ustanak (1821-1829) je bio prava glavobolja za Svetu alijansu jer su se principi sukobljavali sa interesima. Po načelu legitimizma, sultan je bio "legitimni" vladar Grka i trebalo je ugušiti ustanak.
Ali tu je nastao problem - evropska javnost je ludački podržavala hrišćanske Grke protiv muslimanskih Turaka. Rusija je htela da pomogne zbog pravoslavlja, a Britanija i Francuska su imale svoje interese na Balkanu.
Na kraju su ravnoteža sila i nacionalni interesi pobedili principe Svete alijanse. Velike sile su intervenisale na strani Grka i pomogle im da se oslobode.
Ovo je bio jasn znak da "Meternihovim sistemom" upravlja politička kalkulacija, a ne slepo pridržavanje principa. Kada su se umešali veliki interesi, principi su brzo završili u đubru.

Posledice i značaj za ispit
Meternihov sistem je funkcionisao skoro 100 godina - sprečio je veliki evropski rat do 1914. Ali ignorisanjem narodnih želja za slobodom i ujedinjenjem, postavio je bombe pod temelj koje će eksplodirati 1830. i 1848. godine.
Bečki kongres je stvorio Evropski koncert - system gde su velike sile rešavale probleme dogovorom umesto ratom. Srbija je tu dobila potvrdu autonomije koju je već izvojevala ustancima.
Ovaj period se zove "doba Meterniha" (1815-1848) i obeležila ga je borba između konzervativizma i liberalnih/nacionalnih pokreta. Sve revolucije koje će se desiti bile su reakcija na ovaj rigidni sistem.
Za ispit zapamti: legitimizam, restauracija, ravnoteža sila; glavne teritorijalne promene; razlika između kongresa i alijanse; primere Španije i Grčke kao suprotne ishode.

I think it’s very much worth it and you’ll end up using it a lot once you get the hang of it and even after looking at others notes you can still ask your Artificial intelligence buddy the question and ask to simplify it if you still don’t get it!!!
