Kraljevina Srbija - osnove i političke stranke
Zamišljaš li kako je izgledala Srbija kada je postala kraljevina? 6. marta 1882. godine Milan Obrenović je postao prvi novovekovni kralj Srbije. Ovo je bilo moguće zahvaljujući Tajnoj konvenciji iz 1881. sa Austrougarskom, što mnogi nisu voleli.
U ovom periodu nastaju prve moderne političke stranke u Srbiji. Narodna radikalna stranka Nikole Pašića bila je najjača i najpoznatija - podržavao ju je narod, posebno seljaci, jer se zalažu za demokratiju i više prava za običan svet. Liberalna stranka Jovana Ristića htela je oslobođenje svih Srba i oslanjanje na Rusiju. Napredna stranka se smatrala "kraljevom strankom" jer je podržavala politiku kralja Milana i modernizaciju po ugledu na Zapadnu Evropu.
Ustav je najvažniji dokument svake države - on definiše kako država funkcioniše i koja prava imaju građani. U Srbiji će se oko njega voditi velike borbe!
Zapamti: Radikali = narod + demokratija, Liberali = nacionalno pitanje + Rusija, Naprednjaci = kralj + modernizacija
Timočka buna - sukob kralja i naroda
Najveći unutrašnji sukob ovog perioda bila je Timočka buna 1883. godine. Kralj Milan je bio pravi autokrata (samovladar) koji nije voleo što radikali imaju većinu u Narodnoj skupštini.
Povod za bunu bio je zakon o oduzimanju oružja od seljaka i formiranje profesionalne vojske. Do tada su seljaci čuvali puške kod kuće kao deo "narodne vojske". Seljaci u istočnoj Srbiji, posebno oko Zaječara i Knjaževca, bili su pristalice radikala i odbili su da predaju oružje.
Kralj Milan je poslao stajaću vojsku koja je surovo ugušila pobunu. Mnogi pobunjenici su osuđeni na smrt ili dugogodišnju robiju. Čak je i Nikola Pašić morao da pobegne u Bugarsku da izbegne smrtnu kaznu! Ova buna je pokazala koliko dubok jaz postoji između kraljevske vlasti i naroda koji želi više slobode.
Ključno: Timočka buna je bila sukob između autoriatarne vlasti i democratskih težnji naroda
Srpsko-bugarski rat - nacionalni neuspeh
Srpsko-bugarski rat 1885. godine bio je ogroman neuspeh za kralja Milana. Kada se Bugarska ujedinila sa Istočnom Rumelijom, Milan je smatrao da i Srbija mora da dobije neku teritoriju kao "kompenzaciju".
Međutim, srpska vojska je bila loše pripremljena. U bitci kod Slivnice Srbi su doživeli težak poraz - ovo je bila glavna bitka rata. Rat je završen bez promene granica, uz posredovanje Austrougarske.
Ovaj poraz je potpuno uzdrman položaj kralja Milana. Pokazao je sve slabosti njegove vladavine i dodatno ga je nepopularizovao u narodu. Nakon ovakvih neuspehe, kralj je bio primoran da pravi kompromise sa opozicijom.
Bitno: Rat je bio spoljnopolitički neuspeh koji je dodatno oslabio kralja Milana
Ustav iz 1888. i abdikacija kralja
Nakon poraza u ratu i stalnih sukoba, kralj Milan je morao da popusti. Ustav iz 1888. godine, poznat kao "Radikalski ustav", bio je jedan od najliberalnijih u Evropi!
Ovaj ustav je garantovao slobodu štampe, slobodu udruživanja i okupljanja, kao i nepovredivost privatne svojine. Narodna skupština je dobila ogromnu moć - mogla je da donosi zakone i kontroliše budžet, dok je kraljeva vlast bila ograničena. Uvedena je i lokalna samouprava na nivou opština, srezova i okruga.
Ubrzo nakon donošenja ovog ustava, kralj Milan je abdicirao 1889. godine u korist svog maloletnog sina Aleksandra. Pošto je Aleksandar imao samo 13 godina, državom je upravljalo tročlano namesništvo na čelu sa liberalom Jovanom Ristićem.
Prekretnica: Ustav iz 1888. uveo je parlamentarnu demokratiju u Srbiju - ovo je najveća pobeda radikala!
Društvene promene i modernizacija
Uprkos političkoj nestabilnosti, Srbija se polako modernizovala krajem 19. veka. Najvažnija investicija bila je izgradnja prve železničke pruge Beograd-Niš 1884. godine - ovo je bilo ključno za povezivanje sa Evropom i razvoj trgovine.
Počinju da se otvaraju prve fabrike (pivare, mlinovi, fabrike duvana), mada je Srbija i dalje bila pretežno poljoprivredna zemlja. Gradovi, posebno Beograd, počinju da rastu - grade se javne zgrade, uvodi kaldrma, a kasnije i električno osvetljenje.
U oblasti obrazovanja i kulture, povećava se broj osnovnih škola, iako je i dalje veliki procenat stanovništva bio nepismen. Velika škola u Beogradu prerasta u preteču Univerziteta, a 1886. godine osniva se Srpska kraljevska akademija - najvažnija naučna i umetnička ustanova.
Napredak: Železnička pruga Beograd-Niš bila je simbol modernizacije Srbije

Evo najvažnijih godina koje moraš da zapamtiš: 1881 - Tajna konvencija, 1882 - proglašenje kraljevine, 1883 - Timočka buna, 1884 - železnička pruga, 1885 - srpsko-bugarski rat, 1888 - novi ustav, 1889 - abdikacija.
Glavni sukob ovog perioda bio je između kralja Milana koji je želeo autokratsku vlast i Narodne radikalne stranke koja se borila za demokratiju. Na kraju su radikali pobedili - dobili su liberalan ustav koji je ograničio kraljevu moć.
Društvo se polako menjalo - počinje industrijalizacija i urbanizacija, ali Srbija ostaje agrarna zemlja. Ovo je bio period kada se Srbija pripremala za veće izazove 20. veka, a iskustva sa demokratskim borbama će joj biti veoma korisna.

Knowunity is the BEST app I’ve used in a minute. This is not an ai review or anything this is genuinely coming from a 7th grade student (I know 2011 im young) but dude this app is a 10/10 i have maintained a 3.8 gpa and have plenty of time for gaming. I love it and my mom is just happy I got good grades

Not only did it help me find the answer but it also showed me alternative ways to solve it. I was horrible in math and science but now I have an a in both subjects. Thanks for the help🤍🤍

The app's just great! All I have to do is enter the topic in the search bar and I get the response real fast. I don't have to watch 10 YouTube videos to understand something, so I'm saving my time. Highly recommended!

I found this app a couple years ago and it has only gotten better since then. I really love it because it can help with written questions and photo questions. Also, it can find study guides that other people have made as well as flashcard sets and practice tests. The free version is also amazing for students who might not be able to afford it. Would 100% recommend

This app is phenomenal down to the correct info and the various topics you can study! I greatly recommend it for people who struggle with procrastination and those who need homework help. It has been perfectly accurate for world 1 history as far as I’ve seen! Geometry too!
