Rechtliche Grundlagen der Textvertonung
Die Vertonung von Texten unterliegt wichtigen rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen, die Komponisten und Musiker beachten müssen. Grundsätzlich hat der Urheber eines Textes das Recht zu entscheiden, ob und wie sein Werk bearbeitet oder vertont werden darf.
Bei der Verwendung von urheberrechtlich nicht geschützten Texten gibt es keine Einschränkungen. Diese können frei als Vorlage für Musikwerke genutzt und bei Bedarf bearbeitet werden. Anders verhält es sich bei geschützten Texten:
Highlight: Ist der Urheber eines Textes weniger als 70 Jahre verstorben, muss für die Nutzung oder Bearbeitung die Zustimmung des Rechteinhabers eingeholt werden.
Die Schutzdauer wird ab dem 31. Dezember des Todesjahres des letzten verstorbenen Autors berechnet. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist kann der Text frei verwendet werden.
Definition: Vertonung bezeichnet laut Duden die "musikalische Umsetzung eines Textes" oder einen "in Musik umgesetzten Text".
Obwohl diese Definition etwas sperrig klingen mag, hat die Vertonung heute in vielen verschiedenen Branchen eine große Bedeutung.

I think it’s very much worth it and you’ll end up using it a lot once you get the hang of it and even after looking at others notes you can still ask your Artificial intelligence buddy the question and ask to simplify it if you still don’t get it!!! This is not an ai review or anything this is genuinely coming from a 7th grade student (I know 2011 im young) but dude this app is a 10/10 i have maintained a 3.8 gpa and have plenty of time for gaming.
