Úvod do komunikácie a základné pojmy
Predstav si komunikáciu ako most medzi ľuďmi - bez nej by bol svet úplne chaotický! Komunikácia je vlastne proces prenosu informácií medzi dvoma alebo viacerými osobami.
Aby si sa v tom nestratil, zapamätaj si tieto kľúčové pojmy. Komunikátor je ten, kto posiela správu (napríklad ty), zatiaľ čo príjemca je ten, kto ju dostáva (tvoj kamarát). Kódovanie znamená, že svoje myšlienky premieňaš do slov alebo gest, a dekódovanie je opačný proces - keď druhá osoba tvoju správu interpretuje.
Kanál je cesta, ktorou správa putuje - či už je to vzduch pri rozhovore alebo internet pri správe na Instagrame. Spätná väzba ti hovorí, či ťa druhá osoba pochopila, a šum sú všetky veci, ktoré môžu komunikáciu pokaziť (hluk, nepozornosť, nejasné vyjadrovanie).
Tip: Bez spätnej väzby nevieš, či si sa dorozumel správne - preto sa vždy uisti, že ťa pochopili!
Proces komunikácie
Komunikácia nie je len jednoduché "poviem a ty počuješ" - je to celý proces s ôsmimi krokmi. Najprv máš v hlave myšlienku, ktorú chceš zdieľať. Potom ju zakóduješ do správy (povieš, napíšeš, ukážeš), správa sa prenesie cez nejaký kanál a druhá osoba ju dekóduje.
Najdôležitejšia časť prichází na konci - spätná väzba. To je reakcia toho druhého, ktorá ti povie, či správu pochopil a ako na ňu reaguje. Je to ako kontrola, či si sa dorozumel správne.
Počas celého procesu môže nastať šum - všetko, čo naruší prenos správy. Môže to byť hluk okolo, ale aj to, že si unavený alebo máš predsudky voči tomu, kto s tebou hovorí.
Dôležité: Komunikácia je ako ping-pong - správa ide tam a späť, nie len jedným smerom!
Verbálna komunikácia
Verbálna komunikácia používa slová a rozdeľuje sa na dva hlavné typy. Ústna komunikácia je všetko hovorené - od rozhovoru s kamarátom po prezentáciu v škole. Je rýchla, umožňuje okamžitú spätnú väzbu, ale ľahko sa na ňu zabudne.
Písomná komunikácia zahŕňa SMS správy, e-maily, eseje či poznámky. Je presnejšia a trvalá - môžeš si ju kedykoľvek prečítať znova. Dáva ti čas premyslieť si, čo napísať, ale je pomalšia a chýba jej okamžitá spätná väzba.
Každý typ má svoje miesto - ospravedlnenie za niečo vážne je lepšie povedať osobne než poslať esemesku. Písomnú komunikáciu používaj, keď potrebuješ presnosť alebo keď chceš, aby si správa zostala zachovaná.
Tip: Vždy si rozmysli, ktorý typ komunikácie je pre tvoju situáciu najlepší!
Neverbálna komunikácia
Tu sa dostávame k tomu zaujímavému - neverbálna komunikácia často povie viac ako slová! Zahŕňa mimiku (výrazy tváre), gestá (pohyby rúk), postoj (ako stojíš alebo sedíš) a očný kontakt.
Proxemika je o tom, akú vzdialenosť držíš od ostatných - s kamarátmi stojíš bližšie ako s učiteľmi. Haptika sú dotyky (podanie ruky, objatie) a paralingvistika je spôsob, akým hovoríš - tón hlasu, hlasitosť, rýchlosť reči.
Neverbálna komunikácia môže dopĺňať tvoje slová, ale aj im protirečiť. Keď niekto povie "Som v pohode" s prekríženými rukami a zamračenou tvárou, asi v pohode nie je!
Zapamätaj si: Tvoje telo hovorí aj keď mlčíš - dávaj pozor na to, čo komunikuješ!
Druhy komunikácie podľa účastníkov
Intrapersonálna komunikácia je rozhovor so sebou samým - premýšľanie, plánovanie v hlave či písanie denníka. Interpersonálna komunikácia prebieha medzi dvoma alebo niekoľkými ľuďmi - klasický rozhovor s kamarátom.
Skupinová komunikácia sa deje vo väčších skupinách, napríklad diskusia v triede alebo porada tímu. Masová komunikácia je určená širokému publiku - televízne správy, rádio, príspevky na sociálnych sieťach.
Každý typ má svoje pravidlá a výzvy. V skupine musíš dávať pozor, aby si sa dostal k slovu, pri masovej komunikácii musíš myslieť na to, že ťa počuje veľa ľudí s rôznymi názormi.
Tip: Prispôsob svoj štýl komunikácie počtu a typu ľudí, s ktorými hovoríš!
Faktory úspešnosti komunikácie
Nie každá komunikácia sa podarí - závisí to od viacerých vecí. Jasnosť správy je kľúčová - ak hovoríš nejasno alebo príliš zložito, druhí ťa nepochopia. Rovnako dôležitý je výber správneho kanála komunikácie.
Spätná väzba a aktívne počúvanie pomáhajú overiť, či bola správa pochopená správne. Minimalizácia šumu - či už ide o hluk okolo alebo o tvoje predsudky - zlepší komunikáciu.
Vzťah medzi komunikátormi je tiež dôležitý - s ľuďmi, ktorým dôveruješ, sa komunikuje ľahšie. Empatia - schopnosť vcítiť sa do druhého - ti pomôže prispôsobiť správu tak, aby ju pochopil.

The app is very easy to use and well designed. I have found everything I was looking for so far and have been able to learn a lot from the presentations! I will definitely use the app for a class assignment! And of course it also helps a lot as an inspiration.

Wow, I am really amazed. I just tried the app because I've seen it advertised many times and was absolutely stunned. This app is THE HELP you want for school and above all, it offers so many things, such as workouts and fact sheets, which have been VERY helpful to me personally.

I think it’s very much worth it and you’ll end up using it a lot once you get the hang of it and even after looking at others notes you can still ask your Artificial intelligence buddy the question and ask to simplify it if you still don’t get it!!! Knowunity is the BEST app I’ve used in a minute. This is not an ai review or anything this is genuinely coming from a 7th grade student (I know 2011 im young) but dude this app is a 10/10 i have maintained a 3.8 gpa and have plenty of time for gaming. I love it and my mom is just happy I got good grades

The app's just great! All I have to do is enter the topic in the search bar and I get the response real fast. I don't have to watch 10 YouTube videos to understand something, so I'm saving my time. Highly recommended!

I found this app a couple years ago and it has only gotten better since then. I really love it because it can help with written questions and photo questions. Also, it can find study guides that other people have made as well as flashcard sets and practice tests. The free version is also amazing for students who might not be able to afford it. Would 100% recommend

This app is phenomenal down to the correct info and the various topics you can study! I greatly recommend it for people who struggle with procrastination and those who need homework help. It has been perfectly accurate for world 1 history as far as I’ve seen! Geometry too!
