Izboljšano Razumevanje in Uporaba Časov v Slovnici

Uvod v čase in ključni pojmi
Angleški časi določajo, kdaj se je dejanje zgodilo, se dogaja ali se bo zgodilo. Za uspešno obvladovanje angleščine moraš razumeti razlike med njimi, ne le naučiti se formul.
Pomožni glagoli (be, do, have) pomagajo tvoriti čase, vprašanja in nikalnice. Sami po sebi nimajo pomena, ampak določajo čas in obliko stavka. Glavni glagol pa nosi pomen dejanja in se lahko pojavi v treh oblikah: nedoločnik, -ing oblika in pretekli deležnik.
Signalne besede so tvoj najboljši prijatelj pri prepoznavanju časov. Besede kot "yesterday", "always" ali "just" ti takoj povedo, kateri čas moraš uporabiti.
Pomembno: Pri nepravilnih glagolih si moraš zapomniti vse tri oblike - brez tega ne boš mogel pravilno tvoriti časov!
Sedanjiki - Present Tenses
Present Simple uporabljaš za dejstva, navade in rutine. Formula je preprosta: osnovni glagol + s/es za tretjo osebo ednine. Signalne besede so "always", "usually", "every day".
Present Continuous opisuje dejanja, ki se dogajajo zdaj ali v tem trenutku. Tvorba: am/is/are + glagol-ing. Pozor - glagoli stanja (know, believe, love) se ne uporabljajo v continuous obliki!
Present Perfect Simple povezuje preteklost s sedanjostjo. Uporabljaš ga, ko ni pomembno, kdaj se je dejanje zgodilo, ampak kakšen je rezultat zdaj. Formula: have/has + tretja oblika glagola.
Present Perfect Continuous poudarja trajanje dejanja, ki se je začelo v preteklosti in še vedno traja ali se je pravkar končalo.
Nasvet: Če v stavku ni časovne določbe (yesterday, last week), razmisli o Present Perfect!
Pretekliki - Past Tenses
Past Simple je tvoj go-to čas za zaključena dejanja v preteklosti, kjer je čas znan. Uporabi drugo obliko glagola ali dodaj -ed pri pravilnih glagolih. "Yesterday", "last week", "ago" so jasni znaki za Past Simple.
Past Continuous opisuje dejanja, ki so trajala v določenem trenutku v preteklosti ali so bila prekinjena z drugim dejanjem. Formula: was/were + glagol-ing.
Past Perfect Simple je "predpreteklik" - uporabljaš ga za dejanje, ki se je zgodilo pred drugim dejanjem v preteklosti. Ko bereš zgodbo, ti pomaga razumeti zaporedje dogodkov.
Največja napaka je mešanje Past Simple in Present Perfect. Če vidiš časovno določbo za preteklost, VEDNO uporabi Past Simple!
Ključno: Past Perfect potrebuješ le, ko imaš dve dejanj v preteklosti in želiš pokazati, katero se je zgodilo prej.
Prihodnjiki - Future Tenses
Future Simple (will) uporabljaš za spontane odločitve, napovedi in obljube. Ko se telefon oglaša in rečeš "I'll get it!", uporabljaš will za spontano odločitev.
Be going to je za načrte in namere, ki jih imaš že vnaprej pripravljene. Tudi za napovedi, ki temeljijo na trenutnih dokazih - če vidiš temne oblake, boš rekel "It's going to rain".
Future Perfect Simple opisuje dejanja, ki bodo zaključena do določene točke v prihodnosti. "By next year, I will have finished school" pomeni, da se bo dejanje končalo pred določenim časom.
Razlika med will in going to je pomembna - will za spontane odločitve, going to za načrte!
Praktično: Will = spontano, going to = načrtovano
Primerjava ključnih časov
Največje težave nastanejo pri razlikovanju med podobnimi časi. Past Simple vs Present Perfect je klasična past - če je časovna določba, uporabi Past Simple, če ni in je pomembna povezava s sedanjostjo, uporabi Present Perfect.
Present Perfect Simple poudarja rezultat dejanja (soba je pobarvana), medtem ko Present Perfect Continuous poudarja trajanje (zato si utrujen od barvanja).
For in since se uporabljata s Perfect časi - for za obdobje (for two years), since za točko v času (since Monday). To je pogosto na testih, zato si zapomni razliko!
Nepravilni glagoli so nujni za obvladovanje časov. Naredi si kartončke in se jih nauči na pamet - brez tega ne gre.
Test tip: Če vidiš "yesterday, ago, last", takoj veš, da je odgovor Past Simple!
Pomembni nasveti in pogoste napake
Pri vprašanjih in nikalnicah pazi na pomožne glagole! Pri Simple časih (Present, Past) uporabljaj do/does/did, glavni glagol pa mora biti v osnovni obliki. Nikoli ne piši "Did you went?" - pravilno je "Did you go?".
Napravi si seznam 50 najpogostejših nepravilnih glagolov in jih ponavljaj redno. Prosi sošolce, da te sprašujejo - skupno učenje je učinkovito.
For vs Since pravilo si zapomni takole: for = "za kako dolgo", since = "od kdaj". For two hours (za dve uri), since 2020 (od leta 2020).
Stative verbs (know, understand, love, hate) se ne uporabljajo v continuous oblikah. To je pogosta napaka, ki se je lahko izogneš.
Zlato pravilo: Časovna določba za preteklost = Past Simple, brez časovne določbe + povezava s sedanjostjo = Present Perfect
Hitri povzetek za ponavljanje
Sedanjiki: Simple za navade, Continuous za "zdaj", Perfect za povezavo s sedanjostjo.
Pretekliki: Simple za znane pretekle čase, Continuous za trajanje, Perfect za zaporedje.
Prihodnjiki: Will za spontano, going to za načrtovano, Perfect za zaključeno do določene točke.
Za teste si zapomni: signalne besede so tvoj vodič, nepravilni glagoli so obvezni, časovne določbe odločajo med Past Simple in Present Perfect.

The app's just great! All I have to do is enter the topic in the search bar and I get the response real fast. I don't have to watch 10 YouTube videos to understand something, so I'm saving my time. Highly recommended!

I found this app a couple years ago and it has only gotten better since then. I really love it because it can help with written questions and photo questions. Also, it can find study guides that other people have made as well as flashcard sets and practice tests. The free version is also amazing for students who might not be able to afford it. Would 100% recommend

This app is phenomenal down to the correct info and the various topics you can study! I greatly recommend it for people who struggle with procrastination and those who need homework help. It has been perfectly accurate for world 1 history as far as I’ve seen! Geometry too!
