¿Sabías que estás compuesto por billones de diminutas células trabajando juntas? Así es, todos los seres vivos están formados por células. Esta idea fundamental forma parte de la teoría celular, desarrollada por científicos como Schleiden, Schwann y Virchow.
La célula es la parte más pequeña con vida propia y realiza todas las funciones vitales. Cada nueva célula se origina siempre a partir de otra célula preexistente, ¡no aparecen de la nada!
Todas las células comparten tres partes básicas:
Las células realizan tres funciones principales: nutrición (obtener energía y materiales), relación (responder a estímulos) y reproducción (crear nuevas células). Según su complejidad, existen dos tipos principales: procariotas (más simples, sin núcleo definido) y eucariotas (más complejas, con núcleo y orgánulos).

El conjunto completo de cromosomas de un organismo se llama cariotipo. Los humanos tenemos 46 cromosomas (23 pares) en nuestras células somáticas (diploide, 2n), mientras que nuestras células sexuales tienen solo 23 cromosomas (haploide, n).
De estos 23 pares, 22 son autosomas (contienen información general) y 1 par son los cromosomas sexuales (XX en mujeres, XY en hombres).

The app's just great! All I have to do is enter the topic in the search bar and I get the response real fast. I don't have to watch 10 YouTube videos to understand something, so I'm saving my time. Highly recommended!

I found this app a couple years ago and it has only gotten better since then. I really love it because it can help with written questions and photo questions. Also, it can find study guides that other people have made as well as flashcard sets and practice tests. The free version is also amazing for students who might not be able to afford it. Would 100% recommend

This app is phenomenal down to the correct info and the various topics you can study! I greatly recommend it for people who struggle with procrastination and those who need homework help. It has been perfectly accurate for world 1 history as far as I’ve seen! Geometry too!
