Pregled in osnove celičnih organelov
Predstavljaj si celico kot majhno tovarno, kjer vsak organel opravlja svojo specifično nalogo. Organeli so specializirane strukture, ki so večinoma obdane z membrano in opravljajo določene funkcije.
Celice delimo na prokariontske (bakterije, brez jedra) in evkariontske . Citoplazma je vse znotraj celice razen jedra, citosol pa je njena tekoča komponenta.
💡 Ključno za maturo: Endomembranski sistem povezuje jedrno ovojnico, ER, Golgijev aparat in lizosome - skupaj delujejo pri sintezi in transportu proteinov.
Endosimbiontska teorija razlaga izvor mitohondrijev in kloroplastov - nastali so iz bakterij, ki so se naselile v večje celice. Dokazi? Dvojna membrana, lastna DNA in ribosomi!
Jedro in ribosomi
Jedro je "poveljniški center" celice - tu je shranjena vsa genetska informacija. Jedrna ovojnica z jedernimi porami nadzoruje, kaj gre ven (mRNA) in kaj noter (proteini). Jedrce proizvaja ribosomsko RNA.
Ribosomi niso pravi organeli, ker nimajo membrane, so pa nepogrešljivi za sintezo proteinov. Sestavljeni so iz dveh podenot in delujejo kot "tovarne" za proteine.
Lokacija ribosomov pove vse o njihovi funkciji. Prosti ribosomi v citosolu proizvajajo proteine za celico samo, vezani ribosomi na zrnatem ER pa proteine za izvoz ali vgradnjo v membrane.
💡 Pomni: Če celica veliko izloča proteine (kot celice trebušne slinavke), ima ogromno vezanih ribosomov!
Endoplazemski retikulum
Endoplazemski retikulum (ER) je obsežna mreža membran, ki se nadaljuje iz jedrne ovojnice. Ima dva tipa z različnimi nalogami.
Zrnati ER ima vezane ribosome in je specializiran za sintezo proteinov za sekrecijo ali vgradnjo v membrane. Tu se proteini tudi zvijajo in glikozilirajo (dodajo se jim sladkorji).
Gladki ER nima ribosomov in opravlja povsem druge naloge - sintezo lipidov, razstrupljanje (predvsem v jetrih) in shranjevanje kalcijevih ionov. V mišicah se imenuje sarkoplazemski retikulum.
💡 Povezava z življenjem: Jetrovce pijancev imajo ogromno gladkega ER za razstrupljanje alkohola!
Golgijev aparat in lizosomi
Golgijev aparat je "poštni center" celice - sprejema, modificira in pošilja proteine ter lipide. Ima cis stran (sprejemna, obrnjena k ER) in trans stran (oddajna).
Predstavljaj si ga kot paketno službo - vsi proteini iz ER pridejo na cis stran, potujejo skozi cisterne, kjer se dodatno modificirajo, nato pa se zapakiran v vezikle pošljejo na končno destinacijo.
Lizosomi so "čistilke" celice, polne hidrolitičnih encimov, ki delujejo v kislem okolju (pH 5). Opravljajo fagocitozo (prebavljajo bakterije) in avtofagijo (reciklirajo stare organele).
💡 Zanimivost: Če bi se lizosomi poškodovali in encimi ušli v citoplazmo, bi celica "pojedla" samo sebe!
Mitohondriji in kloroplasti
Mitohondriji so "elektrarne" celice - tu poteka celično dihanje, ki pretvarja hranila v ATP. Imajo dvojno membrano, notranja je nagubana v kriste .
V matriksu poteka Krebsov cikel, tu so tudi lastna DNA, ribosomi in encimi. Celice z večjimi energetskimi potrebami (srčne mišice) imajo ogromno mitohondrijev.
Kloroplasti (samo v rastlinah) opravljajo fotosintezo. Tilakoide z zelenim klorofilom so zloženi v grana - tu potekajo svetlobne reakcije. V stromi pa poteka Calvinov cikel.
💡 Endosimbioza v praksi: Mitohondriji se podvojujejo neodvisno od celice, kar dokazuje njihov bakterijski izvor!
Citoskelet in primerjava celic
Citoskelet je "kostnica" celice iz proteinskih vlaken. Mikrotubuli (najdebelejši) so kot železniške proge za transport, mikrofilamenti omogočajo gibanje, intermediarni filamenti pa dajejo trdnost.
Pri primerjavi različnih celic pazi na specializacijo! Celica trebušne slinavke ima ogromno zrnatega ER in Golgijevega aparata (izloča proteine), srčna mišična celica pa polno mitohondrijev (potrebuje energijo).
Rastlinske celice se od živalskih razlikujejo po celični steni, kloroplastih in centralni vakuoli. Živalske imajo centriole, rastlinske pa plazmodezme.
💡 Maturbni trik: Vedno poveži strukturo s funkcijo - nagubanost membran pomeni večjo površino za ključne procese!
Pot proteina skozi celico
Razumevanje poti proteina od sinteze do izločitve je ključno za maturo. Zaporedje je logično in povezuje vse organele.
Jedro → transkripcija DNA v mRNA → ribosom na zrnatem ER → translacija in vstop proteina v lumen → Golgijev aparat → modifikacija in pakiranje → sekretorni vezikel → eksocitoza.
Ne zamešaj lizosomov in peroksisomov! Lizosomi prebavljajo s hidrolitičnimi encimi, peroksisomi pa razstrupljajo in pri tem nastaja vodikov peroksid.
💡 Povezava: Ta pot razloži, zakaj imajo celice, ki veliko izločajo proteine, izjemno razvit zrnati ER in Golgijev aparat!

This app is really great. There are so many study notes and help [...]. My problem subject is French, for example, and the app has so many options for help. Thanks to this app, I have improved my French. I would recommend it to anyone.

Wow, I am really amazed. I just tried the app because I've seen it advertised many times and was absolutely stunned. This app is THE HELP you want for school and above all, it offers so many things, such as workouts and fact sheets, which have been VERY helpful to me personally.

I think it’s very much worth it and you’ll end up using it a lot once you get the hang of it and even after looking at others notes you can still ask your Artificial intelligence buddy the question and ask to simplify it if you still don’t get it!!! Knowunity is the BEST app I’ve used in a minute. This is not an ai review or anything this is genuinely coming from a 7th grade student (I know 2011 im young) but dude this app is a 10/10 i have maintained a 3.8 gpa and have plenty of time for gaming. I love it and my mom is just happy I got good grades

The app's just great! All I have to do is enter the topic in the search bar and I get the response real fast. I don't have to watch 10 YouTube videos to understand something, so I'm saving my time. Highly recommended!

I found this app a couple years ago and it has only gotten better since then. I really love it because it can help with written questions and photo questions. Also, it can find study guides that other people have made as well as flashcard sets and practice tests. The free version is also amazing for students who might not be able to afford it. Would 100% recommend

This app is phenomenal down to the correct info and the various topics you can study! I greatly recommend it for people who struggle with procrastination and those who need homework help. It has been perfectly accurate for world 1 history as far as I’ve seen! Geometry too!
