Gospodarska kriza in začetek totalitarizmov
Velika gospodarska kriza se je začela oktobra 1929 z zlomom newyorške borze - temu dnevu pravimo "črni četrtek". Ljudje so čez noč izgubili vse svoje prihranke, tovarne so začele odpuščati delavce, banke so propadle.
Kriza se je razširila po vsem svetu kot okužba. V Nemčiji je bil brezposeln skoraj vsak tretji človek, ljudje so stali v dolgih vrstah pred "kuhinjami za revne". Demokratične vlade niso znale rešiti problemov, zato so ljudje začeli iskati druge rešitve.
Totalitarizem je postal odgovor na krizo - oblika vladavine, kjer ima država popoln nadzor nad življenjem ljudi. En voditelj, ena stranka, nobene opozicije. Posameznik ni bil pomemben, važna je bila samo država.
💡 Povezava za danes: Tudi danes v krizah ljudje včasih podprejo skrajne politike, ki obljubljajo preproste rešitve za zapletene probleme.
Tri glavne oblike totalitarizma
Fašizem se je najprej pojavil v Italiji pod Mussolinijem. Temeljil je na skrajnem nacionalizmu - poveličevanju lastne države in naroda. Fašisti so sovražili komuniste in demokrate ter uporabljali nasilje svojih "črnosrajčnikov".
Nacizem v Nemčiji je bil še hujša oblika fašizma. Hitler ni samo poveličeval nemškega naroda, ampak je trdil, da so Nemci "višja rasa". Sovražil je Jude, Rome, Slovane in vse, ki niso bili po njegov mnenju "čisti Arijci".
Komunizem pod Stalinom je bil drugačen - obljubljal je brezrazredno družbo brez zasebne lastnine. V resnici pa je bil to le druga oblika diktature, kjer je komunistična partija brutalno zatirala vse nasprotnike.
Vsi trije režimi so imeli skupno: tajno policijo, taborišča za nasprotnike in močno propagando, ki je iz voditeljev naredila skoraj bogove.
💡 Zanimivost: Propaganda je bila tako močna, da so otroci svoje starše prijavljali oblasti, če so kritizirali režim.
Kako so totalitaristi prišli na oblast
Totalitarni voditelji so izkoristili obup ljudi in jim ponudili točno to, kar so hoteli slišati. Za vse težave so našli grešnega kozla - Hitler je krivil Jude, komunisti pa "buržoazijo" in "kulake".
Obljubili so red in disciplino po letih kaosa ter delo za vse preko velikih javnih del. Hitler je gradil avtoceste (Autobahn), Mussolini je izsuševal močvirja, Stalin pa je načrtoval petletke za industrializacijo.
Propaganda je bila njihovo najvažnejše orožje. Z radiem, plakati, filmami in masovnimi shodi so ustvarjali kult voditelja. Ljudje so res verjeli, da jih bo njihov "vodja" rešil.
Pomembno je razumeti, da niso vsi podpirali teh režimov samo iz strahu - mnogi so resnično verjeli v njihove obljube. Ko si obupan in lačen, lahko hitro začneš verjeti v "čudeže".
💡 Povezava s Slovenijo: Po 1. svetovni vojni je Primorska pripadla fašistični Italiji. Slovenci so tam doživljali prepoved jezika in nasilno potujčevanje.
Primerjava totalitarnih režimov
Če postavimo fašistično Italijo, nacistično Nemčijo in komunistično Sovjetsko zvezo drug ob drugega, vidimo podobnosti in razlike. Mussolini je prevzel oblast s "pohodom na Rim" leta 1922, Hitler pa je zmagal na volitvah 1933.
Vsi trije so imeli svojo tajno policijo - Italijani OVRA, Nemci Gestapo, Sovjeti pa NKVD. Vsi so gradili taborišča za nasprotnike: koncentracijska taborišča v Nemčiji, gulage v Sibiriji.
Gospodarstvo so nadzorovali različno. Fašisti in nacisti so pustili zasebno lastnino, a so jo strogo nadzorovali. Komunisti so ukinili zasebno lastnino in vse prenesli v državne roke.
Ključna razlika: fašizem in nacizem sta desničarska totalitarizma , komunizem pa je levičarski (temelji na razredu). Rezultat je bil vseeno enak: diktatura, nasilje in izguba svobode.
💡 Za teste: Ne pozabi, da so vsi trije režimi nastali kot odgovor na gospodarsko krizo in družbeno nestabilnost!
Nasilje in represija
Totalitarni režimi niso vladali samo s propagando - uporabljali so tudi brutalno nasilje. V Nemčiji so nacisti postavili koncentracijska taborišča kot Dachau, kamor so odpeljali Jude, komuniste, Rome in druge "nezaželene".
V Sovjetski zvezi je Stalin z "velikimi čistkami" ubil milijone ljudi. Gulagi v Sibiriji so bili delovna taborišča, kjer so ljudje umirali od mraza, lakote in izčrpanosti. Celo komunisti so bili ubiti, če jih je Stalin videl kot grožnjo.
Tajna policija je bila povsod. Gestapo v Nemčiji je lahko vsakogar aretiral brez sojenja. Ljudje so se bali govoriti celo doma, ker so lahko otroci ali sosedje postali doušniki.
TIGR - slovenska organizacija na Primorskem - se je borila proti fašistični oblasti. To dokazuje, da so se ljudje kljub strahu upirali totalitarizmom, tudi s ceno lastnega življenja.
Pomembno je razumeti, da totalitarizmi niso bili samo "politični sistemi" - popolnoma so spremenili življenje običajnih ljudi in uničili milijone družin.
💡 Spomin: Danes svobodno govorimo, kar mislimo. V totalitarnih režimih je bila že kritična beseda lahko smrtna obsodba.
Nauke za današnji čas
Velika gospodarska kriza je pokazala, kako hitro se lahko civilizirana družba podre v kaos. V samo nekaj letih so evropske demokracije zamenjali brutalni diktatorji, ki so sprožili drugo svetovno vojno.

Zgodovina totalitarizmov nas uči tudi o moči propagande in manipulacije. Danes imamo internet in družbene medije - orodja, ki so lahko še močnejša od radija in filmov iz 30. let.

I think it’s very much worth it and you’ll end up using it a lot once you get the hang of it and even after looking at others notes you can still ask your Artificial intelligence buddy the question and ask to simplify it if you still don’t get it!!! This app is phenomenal down to the correct info and the various topics you can study! I greatly recommend it for people who struggle with procrastination and those who need homework help. It has been perfectly accurate for world 1 history as far as I’ve seen! Geometry too!

Wow, I am really amazed. I just tried the app because I've seen it advertised many times and was absolutely stunned. This app is THE HELP you want for school and above all, it offers so many things, such as workouts and fact sheets, which have been VERY helpful to me personally.

I think it’s very much worth it and you’ll end up using it a lot once you get the hang of it and even after looking at others notes you can still ask your Artificial intelligence buddy the question and ask to simplify it if you still don’t get it!!! Knowunity is the BEST app I’ve used in a minute. This is not an ai review or anything this is genuinely coming from a 7th grade student (I know 2011 im young) but dude this app is a 10/10 i have maintained a 3.8 gpa and have plenty of time for gaming. I love it and my mom is just happy I got good grades

The app's just great! All I have to do is enter the topic in the search bar and I get the response real fast. I don't have to watch 10 YouTube videos to understand something, so I'm saving my time. Highly recommended!

I found this app a couple years ago and it has only gotten better since then. I really love it because it can help with written questions and photo questions. Also, it can find study guides that other people have made as well as flashcard sets and practice tests. The free version is also amazing for students who might not be able to afford it. Would 100% recommend
