Major Body Systems Part 1
The cardiovascular system (also called circulatory system) is like your body's delivery service. It uses your heart, blood vessels, and blood to transport oxygen and nutrients while removing carbon dioxide and wastes.
Your skeletal system provides structure and protection. Think of it as your body's framework that shields important organs like your heart, lungs, and brain from damage.
The lymphatic system works as your body's defense network. It includes vessels, ducts, nodes, and organs that help fight infections and keep you healthy.
Your nervous system is your body's command center. The brain, spinal cord, and nerves send messages throughout your body to control everything you do.
Fun Fact: Your body has over 600 muscles and 206 bones that work together to help you move!
The respiratory system handles breathing through your lungs, taking in oxygen and releasing carbon dioxide. The muscular system includes all your skeletal muscles, tendons, and ligaments that help you move. Finally, your digestive system breaks down food so your body can absorb the nutrients it needs.

The endocrine system is your body's "slow" chemical messenger service. It includes glands like the pancreas, thyroid, and thymus that release hormones into your bloodstream to control many body functions.
Your urinary system (also called excretory system) works as your body's cleanup crew. Your kidneys, ureters, bladder, and urethra filter and remove waste products from your blood.
The reproductive system contains the organs needed for creating babies. This system is different in males and females but serves the same ultimate purpose.
Amazing Body Fact: Your skin, the main part of the integumentary system, is your largest organ and provides a protective barrier against the outside world.
Your immune system is like your personal bodyguard. It identifies and attacks harmful invaders like bacteria and viruses before they can make you sick. Together with your integumentary system (skin, mucous membranes, hair, and nails), they form your body's defense team.

I think it’s very much worth it and you’ll end up using it a lot once you get the hang of it and even after looking at others notes you can still ask your Artificial intelligence buddy the question and ask to simplify it if you still don’t get it!!! This is not an ai review or anything this is genuinely coming from a 7th grade student (I know 2011 im young) but dude this app is a 10/10 i have maintained a 3.8 gpa and have plenty of time for gaming. I love it and my mom is just happy I got good grades
