Osnove pravic in dolžnosti
Če bi hoteli živeti brez pravil, bi v družbi vladal popoln kaos. Pravice so naše svoboščine in upravičenja - torej vse, kar nam pripada ali je dovoljeno (npr. pravica do izobraževanja). Dolžnosti pa so naše obveznosti do skupnosti - dejanja, ki jih družba pričakuje od nas v zameno za pravice (npr. dolžnost obiskovanja šole).
Ločiti moraš med človekovimi pravicami in državljanskimi pravicami. Človekove pravice pripadajo vsakemu človeku že ob rojstvu, ne glede na to, kje živi ali kakšne je barve kože. Državljanske pravice pa imaš kot član določene države - v našem primeru kot državljan Slovenije.
Ključno za razumevanje: Pravice in dolžnosti vedno pridejo v paru - ni pravic brez odgovornosti!
Človekove pravice - temelj vsega
Človekove pravice so univerzalne (veljajo za vse), neodtujljive (nihče ti jih ne more vzeti) in nedeljive (vse so enako pomembne). Glavni dokument, ki jih opisuje, je Splošna deklaracija človekovih pravic iz leta 1948.
Med najpomembnejše sodijo pravica do življenja, svobode in varnosti, pravica do svobodnega izražanja ter pravica do izobraževanja. Prav tako je prepovedano mučenje in suženjstvo.
Vendar pozor - svoboda izražanja ne pomeni, da lahko rečeš karkoli! Tvoja pravica se konča tam, kjer se začne pravica drugega. Ne smeš žaliti, obrekovali ali širiti laži o drugih ljudeh.
Pomembno za teste: Zapomni si tri glavne značilnosti - univerzalne, neodtujljive, nedeljive!
Državljanske pravice in dolžnosti v Sloveniji
Kot državljan Slovenije imaš posebne pravice in dolžnosti, zapisane v Ustavi Republike Slovenije. Po 18. letu dobiš volilno pravico, vendar moraš spoštovati ustavno ureditev. Imaš pravico do socialne varnosti, a moraš plačevati davke.
Država ti zagotavlja varnost in zaščito, ti pa moraš v izrednih razmerah pomagati pri obrambi države. Pravica do zdravega okolja pomeni tudi tvojo dolžnost, da varuješ naravo in dediščino.
Ključna misel je ravnotežje - uspešna družba deluje le, ko vsi spoštujejo svoje pravice in izpolnjujejo svoje dolžnosti. To je kot tehtnica, ki mora biti v ravnovesju.
Za ponavljanje: Državljanske pravice dobiš z državljanstvom, človekove pa že z rojstvom!
Pravice in dolžnosti v vsakdanjem življenju
V šoli imaš pravico do izobraževanja - država ti zagotovi šolo, učitelje in pogoje za učenje. Tvoja dolžnost pa je redno obiskovanje pouka, učenje in spoštovanje šolskih pravil. Če motiš pri pouku, kršiš pravico sošolcev do izobraževanja!
Na spletu lahko svobodno izraziš svoje mnenje in objaviš fotografije. Vendar ne smeš objavljati žaljivih, lažnivih ali sovražnih vsebin. Spletno nadlegovanje je kršitev pravic drugih in lahko ima resne posledice.
V družini imaš pravico do varstva in skrbi staršev, oni pa ti morajo zagotoviti hrano, dom in varnost. V zameno moraš spoštovati starše, upoštevati hišna pravila in pomagati pri gospodinjstvu.
Pogosta napaka: Misliti, da svoboda govora pomeni reči karkoli brez posledic - to ni res!

I think it’s very much worth it and you’ll end up using it a lot once you get the hang of it and even after looking at others notes you can still ask your Artificial intelligence buddy the question and ask to simplify it if you still don’t get it!!! This is not an ai review or anything this is genuinely coming from a 7th grade student (I know 2011 im young) but dude this app is a 10/10 i have maintained a 3.8 gpa and have plenty of time for gaming.
