Kotne funkcije v pravokotnem trikotniku - osnove
Vse se začne s pravokotnim trikotnikom in razmerji med njegovimi stranicami. To je temelj, ki ga moraš obvladati, ker se na to navezuje vse ostalo.
V pravokotnem trikotniku imaš tri stranice: nasprotno kateto (nasproti kotu α), priležno kateto (ob kotu α) in hipotenuzo (najdaljša stranica). Kotne funkcije so preprosto razmerja med tema stranicama.
Zapomni si kratico SOH-CAH-TOA: Sinus = nasprotna/hipotenuza, Kosinus = priležna/hipotenuza, Tangens = nasprotna/priležna. To ti bo pomagalo pri vseh izračunih.
Pozor! Te definicije delujejo samo za ostre kote (med 0° in 90°). Za večje kote potrebuješ enotsko krožnico.
Definicije kotnih funkcij
Tukaj so štiri glavne kotne funkcije za ostri kot α, ki jih moraš znati na pamet:
Sinus: sin α = nasprotna kateta/hipotenuza = a/c
Kosinus: cos α = priležna kateta/hipotenuza = b/c
Tangens: tan α = nasprotna kateta/priležna kateta = a/b
Kotangens: cot α = priležna kateta/nasprotna kateta = b/a
Te formule uporabljaj pri vseh nalogah s pravokotnimi trikotniki. Če imaš podan kot in eno stranico, lahko izračunaš vse ostale.
Problem nastane, ko hočeš izračunati kotne funkcije za kote, večje od 90°. Tu ti pomaga enotska krožnica - krožnica s polmerom 1 in središčem v koordinatnem izhodišču.
Prehod na enotsko krožnico
Enotska krožnica ti omogoča, da definiraš kotne funkcije za katerikoli kot, ne samo za ostre. Njena enačba je x² + y² = 1.
Postopek je enostaven: nariši kot α od pozitivne osi x (v nasprotni smeri urinega kazalca). Kjer premični krak seka krožnico, je točka T(x,y).
Tukaj pride genialnost: koordinati te točke sta kar vrednosti kotnih funkcij! Kosinus je x-koordinata, sinus pa y-koordinata točke T.
Ključno spoznanje: cos α = x in sin α = y. Iz tega lahko izpelješ tudi tan α = y/x in cot α = x/y (če niso nič).
Formule na enotski krožnici in predznaki
Na enotski krožnici velja: cos α = x, sin α = y, tan α = sin α/cos α in cot α = cos α/sin α.
Najpomembnejša formula v trigonometriji je temeljna trigonometrična identiteta: cos² α + sin² α = 1. To moraš znati na pamet!
Predznaki po kvadrantih so ključni za pravilne rezultate:
- I. kvadrant (0°-90°): vse funkcije pozitivne
- II. kvadrant (90°-180°): samo sinus pozitiven
- III. kvadrant (180°-270°): samo tangens in kotangens pozitivna
- IV. kvadrant (270°-360°): samo kosinus pozitiven
Pomnjalni trik: "Vsi Študentje Trigonometrije Cenijo" - V prvem so Vse pozitivne, v drugem Sinus, v tretjem Tangens, v četrtem Cosinus.
Vrednosti za pomembne kote
Te vrednosti moraš znati popolnoma na pamet - brez njih ne moreš rešiti nobene naloge na maturi:
0°: sin = 0, cos = 1, tan = 0
30°: sin = 1/2, cos = √3/2, tan = √3/3
45°: sin = √2/2, cos = √2/2, tan = 1
60°: sin = √3/2, cos = 1/2, tan = √3
90°: sin = 1, cos = 0, tan = nedefiniran
Opomni si, da tan 90° ni definiran, ker bi delil z nič . Enako velja za cot 0° in cot 180°.
Učni nasvet: Naredi si kartonček in se vsak dan sprašuj te vrednosti, dokler jih ne znaš avtomatsko. To ti bo prihranilo ogromno časa na testih.
Rešeni primeri - pravokotni trikotnik in enotska krožnica
Primer iz pravokotnega trikotnika: Če je hipotenuza = 10 cm in kot α = 30°, potem a = 10 × sin 30° = 10 × 1/2 = 5 cm in b = 10 × cos 30° = 10 × √3/2 = 5√3 cm.
Primer z enotsko krožnico: Za sin 210° najprej ugotoviš, da je 210° v III. kvadrantu (med 180° in 270°). Tu je sinus negativen.
Referenčni kot je 210° - 180° = 30°. Torej sin 210° = -sin 30° = -1/2. Podobno cos 210° = -cos 30° = -√3/2, tan 210° = √3/3 (pozitiven v III. kvadrantu).
Strategija: Pri kotih izven I. kvadranta vedno find referenčni kot in nato pravilno določi predznak glede na kvadrant.
Primer z osnovno zvezo
Naloga: Če je sin α = 4/5 in je α v II. kvadrantu, izračunaj cos α in tan α.
Uporabiš temeljno zvezo: sin² α + cos² α = 1 (4/5)² + cos² α = 1 16/25 + cos² α = 1 cos² α = 9/25 cos α = ±3/5
Ker je α v II. kvadrantu, je kosinus negativen, torej cos α = -3/5.
Za tangens: tan α = sin α/cos α = (4/5)/(-3/5) = -4/3 (negativen, ker smo v II. kvadrantu).
Pomembno: Vedno preveri, ali se predznak ujema s kvadrantom, v katerem se nahaja kot!
Hiter pregled za test
Osnove: SOH-CAH-TOA za pravokotne trikotnike. Enotska krožnica: cos α = x, sin α = y, kjer je T(x,y) presečišče.

Knowunity is the BEST app I’ve used in a minute. This is not an ai review or anything this is genuinely coming from a 7th grade student (I know 2011 im young) but dude this app is a 10/10 i have maintained a 3.8 gpa and have plenty of time for gaming. I love it and my mom is just happy I got good grades

The app's just great! All I have to do is enter the topic in the search bar and I get the response real fast. I don't have to watch 10 YouTube videos to understand something, so I'm saving my time. Highly recommended!

I found this app a couple years ago and it has only gotten better since then. I really love it because it can help with written questions and photo questions. Also, it can find study guides that other people have made as well as flashcard sets and practice tests. The free version is also amazing for students who might not be able to afford it. Would 100% recommend

This app is phenomenal down to the correct info and the various topics you can study! I greatly recommend it for people who struggle with procrastination and those who need homework help. It has been perfectly accurate for world 1 history as far as I’ve seen! Geometry too!
