Razumevanje Pretérito Indefinido in Imperfecto

Pregled preteklih časov: Indefinido in Imperfecto
V španščini imaš dva super pomembna pretekla časa, ki ju boš uporabljal pri pripovedovanju zgodb. Pretérito Indefinido je kot "fotografija" - opisuje dejanja, ki so se zgodila in končala v določenem trenutku. Pretérito Imperfecto pa je kot "film" - opisuje, kako je bilo, kakšne so bile okoliščine.
Indefinido odgovarja na vprašanje "Kaj se je zgodilo?" Uporabiš ga za glavne dogodke v zgodbi: Ayer comí una pizza .
Imperfecto odgovarja na vprašanje "Kako je bilo?" ali "Kaj se je dogajalo?" Uporabiš ga za ozadje, opise in navade: Cuando era niño, comía muchas pizzas .
💡 Pomni: Indefinido = glavna dejanja (pika na časovnici), Imperfecto = ozadje in okoliščine (valovita črta)
Tvorba glagolov - Pretérito Indefinido
Pri Indefinidu se moraš naučiti kar nekaj oblik, ampak ni tako hudo, kot se zdi na začetku. Pravilni glagoli sledijo vzorcu, nepravilne pa se moraš naučiti na pamet.
Pravilni glagoli: -ar končnice: -é, -aste, -ó, -amos, -asteis, -aron. Za -er/-ir: -í, -iste, -ió, -imos, -isteis, -ieron.
Nepravilni glagoli so tvoji največji izziv. Ser in ir imata čisto enako obliko (fui, fuiste, fue...). Glagoli kot tener, estar, poder dobijo novo osnovo: tuve, estuve, pude. Brez naglasov!
Pri glagolih z nepravilno osnovo si pomagaj z asociacijami - hacer postane hic- (razen v 3. osebi: hizo), decir postane dij-, traer pa traj-.
💡 Trik: Nepravilne oblike za Indefinido nimajo naglasov na končnicah!
Tvorba glagolov - Pretérito Imperfecto
Imperfecto je pravzaprav precej enostaven čas! Ima samo tri nepravilne glagole, ostali pa sledijo jasnemu vzorcu.
Pravilni glagoli so res preprosti. Za -ar glagole dodaš: -aba, -abas, -aba, -ábamos, -abais, -aban. Za -er in -ir pa: -ía, -ías, -ía, -íamos, -íais, -ían.
Nepravilni glagoli so samo trije: ser (era, eras, era...), ir (iba, ibas, iba...) in ver (veía, veías, veía...). To je to!
Imperfecto je torej veliko lažji za učenje kot Indefinido. Ko enkrat obvladaš vzorce, jih lahko uporabiš praktično na vse glagole.
💡 Super novica: Pri Imperfectu se moraš naučiti samo tri nepravilne glagole!
Ključne besede in signalne povezave
Določene besede ti takoj povedo, kateri čas uporabiti - to so tvoji signali! Z njimi boš lahko hitreje prepoznal, kdaj uporabiti kateri čas.
Za Indefinido uporabljaj: ayer, anoche, el otro día, la semana pasada, en 2010, de repente. Te besede kažejo na točno določen čas ali nenadne dogodke.
Za Imperfecto uporabljaj: siempre, a menudo, todos los días, cada semana, mientras, antes. Te besede nakazujejo ponavljanje, navade ali trajanje.
Beseda "mientras" (medtem ko) je še posebej uporabna - če se dve dejanji dogajata hkrati, uporabi Imperfecto za obe. Če eno dejanje prekine drugo, uporabi Imperfecto za ozadje in Indefinido za prekinitev.

Praktični primeri uporabe
Najbolj se naučiš, če vidiš, kako delujeta oba časa skupaj v zgodbah. Imperfecto postavi sceno, Indefinido pa pove glavne dogodke.
Hacía sol y los pájaros cantaban. De repente, el teléfono sonó. Prvo stavek opisuje ozadje (vreme, ptički), drugi pa glavni dogodek (telefon).
Pri opisih oseb vedno uporabljaj Imperfecto: Mi abuelo era alto y llevaba sombrero. Ko pa se zgodi konkreten dogodek: Un día, perdió su sombrero.
Posebej pazi na glagole, ki spreminjajo pomen! Conocer v Imperfectu pomeni "poznal sem", v Indefinidu pa "spoznal sem". Saber v Imperfectu je "vedel sem", v Indefinidu pa "izvedel sem".
💡 Ključno vprašanje: Se sprašuj "Kaj se je zgodilo?" (Indefinido) ali "Kako je bilo?" (Imperfecto)
