If your upload was rejected or your account restricted, you can appeal once in the app or through the appeal form on our website.

My upload was rejected

Open the upload. The rejection reason is shown with it. You can:

  • Edit and resubmit it if the problem can be fixed, for example a missing source or personal data in a photo.
  • Appeal once if you think the decision was wrong. Tap Appeal on the upload and explain why.

Uploads rejected permanently, for example copyrighted textbook pages, cannot be appealed.

My account was restricted or banned

Restrictions follow repeated or serious violations of our community guidelines. You will have received a notice explaining the measure.

To appeal, open the moderation appeal form on our website and fill in your username, the measure and your reasons. We review every appeal under the EU Digital Services Act and reply by email.
