One account per subscription
Pro is tied to the Knowunity account that was signed in at purchase. Two people cannot sign in to one account to share it, and Apple Family Sharing does not apply to Knowunity.
Family plan
The family plan is not on sale at the moment. You cannot start a new one in the app or on the website. A family plan that already exists keeps working for its owner and its members.
If you own a family plan, you can add up to six people. Each member gets Pro on their own account.
- Open the Pro tab.
- Scroll to Your family members and tap Add members.
- Enter an Email or username and tap Add.
If you are a member, your plan card shows your family membership. Only the owner can manage the members.
Rules:
- Only the owner can add or remove members.
- Someone who already has Pro, or who is already in another family plan, cannot be added. The app says the person already has Knowunity Pro.
- When the plan is full, remove a member before you add someone new.
- When a member is removed, they lose Pro straight away.
- Members cannot change or cancel the plan.
Moving Pro to another account
If you bought Pro with the wrong account, for example a parent's account instead of the child's:
- Website purchases can be moved to another account. Contact support with the email you used at checkout and the username of the account that should get Pro.
- App Store and Google Play purchases are linked to your store account. Sign in to the correct Knowunity account on the device that made the purchase and use Restore Subscription in Settings. If that fails, contact support with the receipt.
A subscription cannot be moved to an account that already has Pro.
