Exam study plans
Open the Study Plan tab in the app, or Study Plans on the website, and follow the creation steps: the subject, your topics or study material, and, if you have one, the exam date and a goal grade. If you are not preparing for an exam on a set date, you can skip the date. If a practice step is locked, follow the options shown.
The order of the steps differs between students. This is being tested. You cannot opt in or out, and support cannot change it. Vocabulary test plans can no longer be created; existing ones are still shown.
Your plan shows your progress through its sections, with a milestone when you finish a section.
Tap the subject or plan title to switch between plans in the app. Past plans are also listed on the website. Deleting a plan deletes its progress.
Timetable availability
When Timetable appears, you can add lessons manually, scan up to seven photos, or import from a supported school platform if offered.
It is available in selected countries and accounts. Some UK school accounts now see it as part of a test. Updating the app does not guarantee access. You also have access if you already have a timetable or open a shared timetable link.
Some students in Germany can connect Untis or Sdui through Settings, Connect school account. This is being tested; support cannot switch it on.
Check a scan
Check the subjects, days and times before saving. If the scan has no times, some students see suggested school start and lesson-length values. Check and adjust these before tapping Create my timetable. Others see options to add a photo with times or enter times manually. This is being tested; you cannot opt in or out, and support cannot change it.
Edit and move around
Swipe sideways between agenda days. To add a lesson in the weekly view, press and hold an empty spot and drag down. To move a lesson, press and hold it and drag it to a new time. Tap a lesson to change its time, repeat, teacher or room; there is no separate edit mode. Open the three-dot menu for timetable settings. To change the times of all lessons, open Your classes and tap Edit class times, if shown.
If your school alternates A and B weeks, set the current week under This week is. After a holiday that shifts the rotation, the app asks you once which week it is.
Live Activity on iPhone
Some iPhone users can see their current lesson on the lock screen. After a few visits to the timetable, the app may turn this on and show Live Activity is on!. To pause or turn it off, tap the bell button at the top of the timetable and open Live Activity Settings. This is being tested; you cannot opt in or out, and support cannot switch it on.
Share
- Open timetable settings.
- Tap Share timetable, then Share link.
- Your friend opens the link and taps Use this timetable.
You need at least one public lesson to share. Tap Stop sharing to disable the link.
